Hello

The comment widget show "…" at the end of the shortened Comment. Obviously the link does not work. Instead of linking to the page where the comment is placed it links to (in my case) : http://fokus.genba.org/skins/bricks_skin - this triggers a 403 Page (We discussed this phenomenon with a bug in anchor plugin (http://forums.b2evolution.net/anchors-how-to-handle-in-b2evolution) / not solved for 6.8.10 !)
In the headline of the comment the title of the page is linked correct.

Would be great to fix this.
Regards, will

@saunders can you please send a screenshot showing more information from your page. I don't fully understand where are your getting this error exactly. Thank you.

@saunders I confirm the issue. It's already in the devs pipeline and a fix should be delivered asap.

Thank you for reporting.

@mgsolipa thank you for the changes, I updated the two files, but nevertheless the issue persists. (I cleared all caches [from Backup] cleared the browser cache, but get 403 error page by url http://fokus.genba.org/skins/bricks_skin/.
The "…" at http://fokus.genba.org/datenschutz-fokus sidebar widget "new comments" continues linking to skin, not to the full comment.

After disabling the cache for the widget new comments the link works great! Thanks

Regards!

@mgsolipa the solution worked pretty fine in 6.8.10. But after upgrading to 6.9.3. there is a MySQL bug (I had to deactivate the plugin, because the error message is shown also to not logged in users) - see screenshot of message below:

[PS: You can rebuild the bug in your Demo installation. Just activate excerpts in Comments widget and you get the bug]

@mgsolipa I fixed the code as suggested, but get this error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'if' (T_IF) in /data/web/e65807/html/blogs/inc/comments/model/_comment.class.php on line 2625
