I have a CMS setup with multiple collections. What I would like to do is set up a contact form for each collection such that on receiving a form submission, I could know from what area of the site the enquiry came. So, for example, if someone was in the site section concerned with 'processing', their form submission would indicate as much.
And so on. Is this doable?

Then contact form notifications should let you know on which collection they were submitted.
