I am happy with our server settings (running TYPO3, Zen-Cart, FUDforum, Oxid eSales, Piwik) and I don't want our hoster to change any of them.

Question is, if you can create a /tmp within /b2evolution and link there, so b2evolution uses it's own /tmp folder.

I won't take an hour to investigate your issue if you can't take 5 seconds to type in the name of your webhost.

I need to know if we have a test server there, if we have had one at any time in the past, or if we can get one.

I would not like to ask them to modify the server settings, as I am happy with the status quo.

I have to bring this up again.
Currently using 6.9.3

I was trying to upload a picture (BackEnd + Skin background). It didn't finish and I interrupted this task.
Then a quick look within the server log folder. The error.log "exploded": 8.3GB within no time!

Could you pls take action and use/create an tmp/ folder within the b2evolution install path!

I am sorry that I've caused "some action" here with this topic.

Our hoster did some investigating and found the source of the problem.
It has/had nothing to do with b2e - b2e just displayed it.
Now he is just asking why it didn't have any effect on any other of our installations... :D
