I'm trying to make a main blog for a blog community, where I want a main blog, that pick up all posts and show all new posts from all the blogs on the domain.
Is that possible without having to code to much?
This way, you can define a new collection (or use an existing one) and configure it to show the posts from the collections that you decide by adding their IDs separated by commas, or just select all the collections of the site by adding * in this field.

You should take a look at the Aggregation feature (http://b2evolution.net/man/collection-aggregation-settings). It's exactly what you described, and requires no coding skills at all.
