It seems that you should install the plugin "Google Maps" first(at the backoffice , install a new plugin, then you would see it).
As you have installed this plugin, as you would see a google map toolbar below the backoffice editor in one article. In my country, I can't use the google maps, so I'm afraid I could not show you anymore. Good luck!
