added my domain name to it works just fine
it is missing this www.####.## or it is the missing domain name
FIX THIS PLEASE ... this is YOUR SIDE
another thing is I do not know why b2evolution starting with // after domain name

I'm afraid that this is not a b2evolution issue. Changing skins is such a basic task, tested a milion times and performed by several people everytime, so if something was broken, a lot of that people should be reporting it and it is not happening at all.
Your server is conflicting since the first time you tried to play around with b2evo. In this particular case, please check if you have an .htaccess file in the root folder. I mean, not the one created by b2evoluton but one level above the "blogs" folder or in the server's root directory.
