In this case, can the users still access the collection directly in the backoffice (without going through the global dashboard)?
In other words:
- Is this problem only a dashboard problem?
- Or is it a global backoffice problem?

I'm short of thinking about other contents of backoffice, for example the file permission, in fact it's also useful for the second group user who get the permission can see and manage on the backoffice.
So I think it's better we treat it as a global backoffice problem.

It's not really a global back-office problem but several different ways of checking permissions (there are several ways in order to optimize speed. If all permissions were checked through a single central fiunction, it would be very slow with tens of thousands of users and/or collections).
We will have fixes in the next release. In the meantime if you want to try patches, here they are:
If you test these, please let me know if they fix all issues you observed.

I have used these two fixes, it is working fine, second group would be shown in the correct places, thank you.
But only one issue, I don't know if it is my own problem. When I set my site to " Permission management: Simple permissions ", this site would not be shown in the Site Dashboard.
