I am sure I'm being really stupid, but when I change anything in the SYSTEM SETTINGS I cannot figure out how to save my changes. I am trying to change my default locale in the Regional tab of the System settings, but once I've changed it I can't save my changes! Please help.

Are you still having this problem? Don't you see the Save Changes! button at the bottom of the form?
