I get my blog list at the top of the shown as &#160 and the cost content as ?. ???? ?????

but the title is OK. This happen only to any I post after upgrading from 0.9.01 to 1.9.2

The same thing happed in the back of when I create new category. Also when I edit an old post I get the name OK, but the content as:

&#some number;&#some number;&#some number;&#some number;
