My b2evolution Version: 1.9.1-Beta

Hi

I have setup a blog using 1.9.1-beta. It is working great. I have been learning quickly concerning configuration and customisation. Wonderful. The only outstanding request I have is concerning comments. We only want members to leave comments. I know bloggers can change the Comments option to closed when writing but we want this to be the default.

How do I do it?
