I just noticed while composing a post today that the time in the preview is not offset using the server time offset variable that is set on the localization page. I'm currently running version 1.10.2 and I don't believe it's my skin since the function works properly for normal posts.

I realize this doesn't matter too much, but it did throw me off for a few minutes trying to figure out why the time was showing up so incorrectly. I'll agree that this is extremely minor and just wanted to report it.

Could someone possibly look into this?
