My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Balupton has a nice list of all the plugins that power his blog and thier authors at the bottom of each page, but I'm guessing it's hardcoded into hist main.php file (I could be wrong). Anyway, I was wondering if anybody would be willing to write a plugin that would display such a list (only of installed plugins). I think it would be a very nice feature and allow us to give credit where it's due.

There would also have to be a section in tools to allow us to add the information for hacks that aren't installed as plugins.

What do you think?
