You can do this with a linkblog. Make a new blog, set it 'hidden' = Blog settings -> general -> New Blog -> Include in public blog list: [ ]. Here you make a post for every blogger you want.
Next you make a linkblog with a link to the new blog, one item per author. If you show this linkblog in the mainblog every blogger has his / her own personal page.
