Is there a pluging or a block that allows people to translate the page they are viewing in their own language. I was thinking of babelfish.

The line that should be inserted must be:
<script type="text/javascript" charset="UTF-8" language="JavaScript1.2" src="http://uk.babelfish.yahoo.com/free_trans_service/babelfish2.js?from_lang=en&region=us"></script>

Thanks

You can put that into a free HTML widget I think.

Thanks, I have placed it in the templates but what I did not see is that it is still not supporting the dutch language anyway. Pitty! As always we will have to wait a little more untill we also can use it. There are 18 million dutch speaking people in Europe, but that is a footnote in this globalised world I think!

I tried and it works in the freeHTML widget. Since it's javaScript I think -but I am not sure- you need to enable that in /conf/_formatting.php.
I ran in exactly the same troubles as bluffer, so it's no use on my site and I discarted it.
It's no fun. The blog is being captured in a Babelfish frame and no way out. Like a fish in a tank.

Good luck
