My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hello,
During installation of b2evolution I got unexpected error reporting me about spam messages in mysql.
However, when I want to report on that I am notified on your forum as spammer.

PLease advise how to report such an error.

Thanks,

Hi veki,

Welcome to the forums.
We call them 'male bodyparts'. Does that sound familiar.
What happened is this: you tried to install twice, so it encountered an error because some content is already in the database.
Your blog is new I presume, so kill the existing database, create it anew and install B2evo again. You could do smart tricks but this is simplt the easiest way.

Good luck

Hello,

I installed it once and never succeeded to log in. Just 30 minutes ago I downloaded again and got that message.

Than, deleted everything, Installed again, and I cannot login again.

I use teh latest. RC2 version.

Please advise.

Do mind that every time you install completely blank you get a new password. You should be able to login with that.

At the page where you change your password, do click the OK button at the end of the page.

I pressed Save now as before.
Hmm, it seems to me that somethingcaused it to accept changed information without changing E-mail address and thus render it incomplete although is not complete.

I changed now E-mail address in user setting too, besides pasword and it works.

Thanks

Vedran
