My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I am about to install b2evo. But first I need to plan ahead for the structure.

I have a domain name (url.com) where I have some forums installed, in a subdomain forums.url.com. I need to install a blogs system for a limited number of users, in the main domain. To have things look tidy, I'd like to install b2evo in a subdomain blogs.url.com. So far so good.

But then I realized that perhaps if I have the main installation in a subdomain, I won't be able to give each user a subdomain name of its own, like joesdiary.url.com, annesblog.url.com, etc.

Basically the idea is that blogs.url.com stayed just as a index homepage with some information about the website, and a list of the available blogs.

Or is this possible, or a workaround?

Thank you In Advance

Thank you. I'll give it a try.

The settings on my server are a little different. The vconf file in your document is <url.com>/vhosts/conf/httpd.conf file here, under Apache 2.0 running on FreeBSD with Plesk.

I've definitely had that working with plesk ;)
