My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Let's see if I can ask this clearly:

When I upload an image and use "add this code to post", the code that it adds includes the <div class-"image_block"> tag. Which is good. However, if I add an image the non uploading way (via the Image button in the admin, below the smilies) It does NOT add the <div class-"image_block"> tag. I would like it to put that tag in there. How can I customize the tag that the image button adds?
