What version of the software are you installing?
Is this an automated installed via your web hosting provider?
Or are you installing from scratch by uploading b2evo, creating your mysql db, and creating login credentials?
Make sure you have the correct mysql server name and it is the fully qualified name. Your hosting provider can confirm this.
