My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have a very simple blog that only consists of one article and user comments, that's it... so I removed all the widgets using BackOffice, and all I want to add is a link that reads "Would you like to comment on this article?" (or perhaps create a GIF or JPG button) that links to the comments page. Does anyone know how this can be done? I see the Comments List widget, but this isn't exactly what I want, but perhaps it can be edited?

I'm starting with the Vastitude skin, if that makes a difference.
