I have just installed V3-2-0 Beta and have noted that the Archive feature seems to only present the first page of a monthly archive. In attempting to go to the 'next' page it loops back to the opening page for the month. Also the default 8 posts/page in the Archive does not appear to be accepting a change to some other value.
On a positive, note the configurable limit for the widget displaying the number of months for other than the default 12 is working fine.

I can confirm this bug in 3.2.0 beta and latest CVS. A temporary solution is to disable canonical redirection in BLog settings-> SEO->Archives by date (301 redirect to canonical URL when possible)
