My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I am using 3.3.1 version at my blog http://akhilendra.com
i am trying to install one new skin to it.
after uploading skin folder to the skin folder in my back office admin, i navigated to global settings in admin of my blog. there when i clicked on install on skin page, it is taking me to a search engine page. Please help.

If you look in /conf/_basic_config.php and find the line with:
Do you have a double slash on the end of your base url? If so then take one off and upload the file again.
Not sure if that is related to your problem but it is a good place to start :)
