My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

hello, i'm new in b2 evolution... I just download b2evo 3.3.3 and found some problem...

I want to manage some blog. every user has their own blog and can managing their own blog. I want to ask, if there is a way to limited each blog space, especially for user who like to upload many files to their blog. Iwant to give maybe 10-15MB for each blog.

Can anyone help me???
