Having different skin & skin settings for different blogs is GREAT.
But when you want to make a change that you'd like to apply across all blogs, or add/remove a certain widget to all blogs, it's a pain.

A feature allowing you to "apply this setting across blogs", "add this widget to all blogs", "remove from all blogs" would be great.
(Of course if all blogs would probably have to have same skin)
