Here is my page: http://www.showdogblog.com/b2evolution/blogs/index.php?blog=3

I want the quoted sections to look different, but I can't find the code to modify. I thought it should be in the style sheet under the skin for this page, but it's not there (or I'm not looking for the right tags). I have a unique skin file for this page, but it is just a modified guadeloupe. Where do they hide the BLOCKQUOTE?

Either you just simply make an override by defining it in the skin's css or you edit one of the files in the rsc sub-folder in the b2evo root where blockquote is defined.

edit: you find it in rsc/basic.css

the best way is to start with the one in rsc/basic.css BUT COPY that copule of lines to your own skin.
Then youhave in your own skin a definition for the blockquote, and you are not altering the overall blocquote look
