I wish to create a table to the schema when I install my plugin and to drop it when I uninstall.
Those two events seem to be the best way.

I agree with this. I'm working on a plugin that will need to create some tables when it's installed. The CVS code I have doesn't have this in the test plugin. Is it in some newer code, or is it left out of the test plugin, or is this not going to be included at all? If there won't be an OnInstall event, then what should I do to create the tables for my plugin?
