Please help solve the problmem of not being able to post comments with this skin.

When you try to post a comment you get

Not Found
The requested URL /htservices/secret.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocume

I understand its trying to pull the file secret.php, but what should I have that pointed to?
