I've just finished installing and setting up b2evolution and on the server (win2k & IIS) itself (http://localhost) everything looks very nice.
However if I connect to the blog from a remote machine the skin doesn't display properly. So the text is all there, but no skin to make it look good.

Did you put localhost as your baseurl? If so, change that to your domain name or ip.
