Could someone please help me..I am having a difficult time inserting the blog into my template...I followed the instructions as best as I can and this is the result:

For starters you're going to have to rename the file from fanuka_design.html to fanuka_design.php.

That alone might solve your issues.

How would I be able to add the following code to make a fixed background?

bgproperties="fixed"

Also do you know what part of the coding allows me to remove the black and blue borders?
