URL parser can't handle special characters

I don't think I ran into this problem with 0.9.x but with 1.6 alpha I can't post URLs with special characters.

If I want to post a link to:
http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bodstr%C3%B6msamh%C3%A4lle
or
http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bodströmsamhälle
I am informed of the "invalid URL".

How do I get around that?

I've got the same problem, I can't post URLs with &'s in them...which is pretty much everything...I can't even link to other posts on my blog.
