For starters , this is b2evolution, not b2, so theres a good chance that info is outdated. Look on this page : http://bouncy-bubbles.net/tutorials/b2_temp.php and you'll notice a date at the botton: 2004 (another hint that the info is outdated.
Two recommendations: download the current stable release of b2evolution and use the wealth of information on this web site to manage any integration.
