Link Text and Underline Different Colors

I managed to pull making the links in my calendar to use 2 different colors at the same time. Blue for the text of the link and red for the underlines. This works in Mozilla and Firefox but does not work for IE 6. If anyone can take a look and see what changes I need to pull it off in IE, please let me know.

That's an interesting effect. I have no idea how to duplicate that in ie6, but you'd probably have better luck browsing the internet for an answer to that one.
