Summer beta 1.8 and Flickr

I have followed all the directions for posting from Flickr that I could find, notably
http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?p=21428

I am using the summertime beta, 1.8 and can't get the flickr posting to work. Even the testpost fails. When I test post, the error I get from Flickr is
"The test post to Blog A failed. Maybe your username and password were wrong?"

I tried the Blogger API and the Metaweblog API, neither work.

Any help in getting this working would be appreciated.

With all the changes I had been making Flickr was still giving me the error message when I tried to test post. However at some point, the posts started to be posted.

So, Flickr gives an error message but posts the picture anyway, using the MetaWebLog API

Wierd.
