And here we see the problem with "generic" keywords: You block the good and the bad, and never know it unless you learn in the forums that you're blocking visitors from Topanga's web. You're familiar with [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=7428]this sticky post[/url] in this forum? The nastiest spammers use subdomains, so the smart blogger bans "dot domainname dot tld" to get the best bang for their buck.

Actually I'm familiar with the post you mentioned. And I agree completely. The thing is the spams don't have the same subdomian name, at least not the ones I'm getting... :(
