Deleted 'index.php'! blog doesn't work!

What actions led up to your current issue?
I deleted the 'index.php' file inside the blog folder after the instalation and configuration.

What have you tried to solve the issue?
i tried to replace the file with the same i have offline.

Description and Message

I deleted the 'index.php' file and now i can access the blog just using the complete URL to a page, like www.svotz.org/conglomerado/index.php?blog=2
i did replace the index.php file but it doesnt work. HELP ME please!

the debug file at index.php says
detectblog:

* No blog param received, checking extra path...
* Looking up absolute url : http://www.svotz.org/conglomerado/
* Found matching blog: 1

but it still doesnt work
the default blog is /index.php?blog=2
the index.php and the default.php files say I can delete them and it would work aswell, but it doesnt.
