[2.x] newest rc2 Where is the blogroll?

My b2evolution Version: most recent stable release, 2.x something rc2, just downloaded it yesterday. some reason it put 1.x as my version on here, which was wrong.

I tried looking through the whole interface several times, and I can't figure out how to edit the links on the blogroll? Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Dashboard -> Blog settings -> CHOOSE A BLOG -> Widgets -> Public blog list
You can determine of a blog gets included in the bloglist through: Dashboard -> Blog settings -> CHOOSE A BLOG -> Features -> Include in public blog list

anyone having a problem with the home link in the menu only going to the current blog? i thought the home link would always go to the index.php. anyway to change this without hacking?
