[6.9.7 & 6.10.1] Twitter Plugin does not works correct

I use in my b2evo the bundled twitter plugin. The connection works, the log in to my twitter account was successful.

If I create a new post in my blog, this should be posted onto twitter too. But it does not! Nothing happens after the post. I have checked the settings for the collection and for the plugin, all crosses are set.

Twitter keeps blocking our plugin. You will need to ask for your own API key at twitter.
