The browser scrollbar disappears on occasion. Today, after switching from Markup to WYSIWYG, the scrollbar was missing and I couldn't scroll or page down to the option buttons. Only after reloading and repositioning the page several times was I able to get the save buttons to display where I could use them.

I confirm the issue. It's already in the dev's pipeline and a fix should be included in a future release (the next one, I guess).
