[1.8.x] Add template text to bottom of extended entry

My b2evolution Version: 1.8.x

How would I add some standard text (ie same for all entries) to the bottom of entries, but so that it [u]only[/u] shows in the extended view (ie after <read more> has been clicked)?

Any pointers much appreciated
