datestamp problem when banning & deleting hits

When I visit my stats page I see what one would expect, but when I click the ban symbol the page shows all the matching hits except for one thing: all the hits are displayed as "12/31/69 05:00:00 pm".

Same problem in 202, and additionally I'll point out that the only other column with data is the target blog. No referer, no ref IP, no target URL. Bummer given that all the information helps one decide if traffic is legitimate or spam.
