Page Not Found Error when submitting Comments

Hi,

When I submit / or preview comments, I'm getting a "page not found" error for the following URL:

http://www.site.com/htsrv/comment_post.php

Even though the file "comment_post.php" exists in the htsrv directory.

Does anyone have any suggestions for diagnosing this problem?

Also, what are the correct permissions for the comment_post.php file?
