My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi,

Just upgraded to 2.x after years of 0.9. Have been building a new set of templates/skin for my site and i'd like to add my own content blocks into the sidebar. So far i've achieved this by adding xhtml code to the sidebar include file in the skin, but it'd be nice to convert them to widgets so I can turn them on and off in each blog.

The docs talk about adding widget code into the include pages, but not how to convert xhtml snippets into widgets.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
