[1.10.x] Cannot change color on bottom of Header

My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

I am using the pixelgreen skin and want to change the theme to use blue instead of green. I have been able to change all the color: attributes in the .css files, but cannot find where to change the small bar under the header.

I think that it might be in the css id="header", but cannot find it anywhere.

Suggestions?

Now I have a similar problem. I would like to remove the following:

When I view the source for the page, I see that it's in blog4.php, but the php must be generating the html cause I cannot find it anywhere. any ideas?
