My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I seem to have successfully installed the software on my web site but when I try to create an ifo page I cannot find how to define the different page types.
I found several references to the following path: Blog settings -> Post types

But I do not find this path or menu on my system. Did miss something or is my installation hosed?
