Blogroll with RSS feeds

Hello,
I would like to know if there's a plugin/widget that creates a Blogroll with RSS feeds? (In the same style that they have now in Blogger)

So that it would display latest updated blogs first, etc...

(a plugin or a simple hack)

You could possibly play with the code for our rss plugin.

It doesn't ( easily ) support it natively though
