My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi there :)
I have a multilingual blog (b2evolution 2.4.5 ). The encoding (utf-8) works fine at the most places but there are garbled characters at:
- in the section "Stats"->"Search browser hits"-> "search keywords". The keywords column contains garbled characters when they are Cyrillic.
- the e-mails sent to the administrator also contain garbled characters when the messages are in Cyrillic.
Please, help with solving this.
