image_resize : does this actually work ??

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

isn't that 'image_size' => 'fit-200x140', supposed to resize the image ? i have changed it numerous times but i cant get any resize or any change with the image in a new post or the older ones..EdB seems to have suffered from it twice,

claimed to find the solution in the latter, does anyone have idea if that function really works, or what am i doing wrong ?

If you are interested in something for before you upload the image you can try http://www.google.com/search?q=resize+images and see if there is stuff you like. I picked a few that seem easy and gave the links to peeps who's idea of technologically advanced involves using flints instead of waiting for lighting to start a fire. They seem happy enough.
