[3.3.x] New Post Redirect Setting

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.x

I remember this was mentioned in the announcement post of 3.3.x to just post this if needed, so here it goes.

I would like to request then an option to choose if after clicking on "Publish Now" the page will redirect to the blog frontpage or go back to the Dashboard "Posts / Comments" section.

It is more convenient for the system to return back to the DAshboard for cases wherein a blogger will post multiple posts in one session.
