The majority of the listed skins are for earlier versions of b2.
It's not a huge task to go through a previous 2# version skin and add the required bits. It just requires some patience on doing a comparision, oh, and also adding in the new bits.

You can the Emerald, Firebug, Nonzero, and Pixel themes for v3.x. (Under the v2.x category on the website.)

However, I haven't submitted the updated one (with bug fixes and adjustments). For now, get it here: http://code.google.com/p/laibcomsthemes/source/browse/#svn/trunk/b2evolution

I'm still holding back the update-release since I might encounter something new to fix or adjust. If I'm comfortable with it, I'll release an updated version (targeting Sept 15).
