you dont need a plugin to do that, simply place a like button in your post loop, as such:

On facebook they have account setting that you could have an option if you want to put share, like, or comment button on what you post to your page. It is your choice if you want to put it and in their settings you can also make your page as private. I agree with Tilqicom you don’t need a plug in to do that because of their settings.
