My b2evolution Version: 4.x

I recently updated my blog to the latest version of B2evo (had 3.something before) and now I have avatars next to the comments. Well, for some commenters and not for others (they're all "guests").

Where does B2evo find those avatars for comments? Google/blogger account? Somewhere else?
